Parent’s guide
Set up your family, choose learning topics and follow your child’s progress with Friday.
Start with your own account
Continue with Google or Email. Read the privacy notice, acknowledge family learning permission and choose separately whether to allow live voice. Email verification confirms access to an inbox; it does not prove parental identity.
Create child subprofiles
Add a nickname and age for each child. Each child has separate history and topic Quests. You can manage as many child profiles as your family needs.
Explore together
Choose a topic, then ask for a fact, story, picture or quiz. Children can switch between topics without finishing another Quest.
Follow the long journey
Each topic has five stops. Suggested 30-day chapters build into yearly and renewable three-year journeys. Progress comes from saved learning activity, not elapsed time or academic certification.
Use your controls
The parent portal shows learning history, evidence and reports. Privacy center lets you allow or withdraw learning, change voice permission, export family records and delete active records.
