Signed-in families can use “Something felt wrong” in learning or the parent portal. Reports are saved for the family; no staffed response time is promised.
Manage your family
Use the parent portal for child profiles and learning history, and Privacy center for permissions, export and deletion.
Operator contact pending
A public support email, privacy contact and postal address have not yet been supplied. These must be provided before commercial launch. Do not send sensitive child information through an unverified channel.
Immediate help
For immediate danger, contact a safe trusted adult or local emergency services rather than using Friday’s reports.
